A traditional Moroccan beverage popularized around the end of the nineteenth century. Chinese green tea flavored with fresh peppermint and a hint of jasmine for a unique twist on a classic. Refreshing hot or iced.
The Moroccans traditionally drink this tea quite sweet and often pour it from a great height in order to aerate the tea and create a froth at the top of the glass.
Steeping instructions: 3 gms for 8 oz water • steep 1-2 min at 185 F
Ingredients: Green tea and peppermint.
