We want you to love every sip! Unopened tea can be returned within 14 days, and unused teaware within 30 days (with receipt).

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, let us know within 7 days and we’ll make it right. Email us at monika@doehrntea.com and we’ll take care of you.
