It is truly an enchanting weekend in Oxford where the charm of Maryland meets the joy of the season! The Oxford Holiday Market returns to the waterfront village of Oxford this December bringing a weekend of holiday charm to the Eastern Shore. The market is filled with more than two dozen artisan merchants, local foods and teas, and family-friendly surprises - including the beloved Elf Hunt - and a visit by Santa on Saturday.
Now in its third year, the Oxford Holiday Market blends small-town hospitality with artisan holiday shopping, showcasing local makers, seasonal treats, and unique gift finds just in time for the holidays. Oxford shines brightest during the holidays. This event celebrates our community’s creativity, welcoming neighbors and travelers alike to shop small and share the season’s joy.

Is the Oxford Holiday Market free?
Yes. Admission and parking are both free.
Where is it held?
Indoors at the Oxford Community Center, 200 Oxford Rd, Oxford, Maryland.
What are the hours?
Friday, December 11, 4–8 pm; Saturday, December 12, 10 am–5 pm; and Sunday, December 13, 12–4 pm.
When does the café open?
The Holiday Market Café opens an hour before the market each day: 3 pm Friday, 9 am Saturday and 11 am Sunday.
When is Santa there?
Santa visits on Saturday, December 12. Around 1 pm is your best bet to catch him.
What is the Elf Hunt?
Elves are hidden throughout the market. Find them and bring them to the Holiday Market Café to redeem for a prize.
Can I bring my dog?
Pets aren't allowed inside, so please leave furry friends at home.
What can I buy?
Handmade gifts from more than 20 Eastern Shore artisans and makers, including pottery, jewelry, fiber art, candles, prints and local rum. Local foods and Doehrn looseleaf teas are there too.
