Subscribe & Save Cancellation Policy

Our Subscribe & Save program delivers your favorite loose leaf tea to your door every month, at 15% off the regular price.

How it works. When you subscribe, you agree to a recurring monthly charge for the tea you selected, at the subscription price shown at checkout, plus any applicable shipping and tax. Your payment method is charged automatically each month on your renewal date until you cancel. We'll email you a confirmation each time an order is placed.

No commitment. There's no minimum number of orders. You can change or cancel your subscription at any time.

How to cancel. Log in to your account at doehrntea.com and manage your subscription there, or email us at monika@doehrntea.com. Cancel any time before your next renewal date and you won't be charged again. Once a renewal order has been charged, it will ship and is covered by our Refund Policy.

Changes to your subscription. If we ever need to change the price or discount of your subscription, we'll email you before your next renewal so you can decide whether to continue.
