An everyday oolong you can soak up like rain. Clean aromatics, a light body and a bright, mineral cup. Made by Mr. Lin Rui Fu in Huqiu town, Anxi County, Fujian, from the cultivar traditionally known as Huang Jin Gui and famous for its high, bright aromas.
Steeping: 3 grams | 10-12 oz water | 195°F | 3 min.
Traditional steeping: 6 grams | 6 oz water | 195°F | rinse 5 sec, then steep 30 sec.
Iced: 5 grams | 10-12 oz water | 195°F | 3 min, then pour over ice.
