The youngest leaf tips are scented with fresh jasmine blossoms eight to ten times, then hand-rolled into pearls. The cup is intense, slightly sweet and floral, with a little bright energy from the large quantity of buds. Wonderful for multiple infusions.
Harvested in Puer City, Yunnan, China, from the 'Yunnan Big Leaf' cultivar at about 4,900 feet, and scented by Mr. Lin Hua Gui in Guangxi Province.
Steeping: 3 grams | 8 oz water | 175°F | 3 min (this one can be steeped more than once).
